Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and assessment, especially if you’re attending for an injury or rehabilitation session. Shorts are always helpful and a vest top for ladies. If you have any relevant medical information, scan reports or referral letters, feel free to bring these along. Most importantly, come ready to discuss your symptoms so we can tailor your treatment to you.
-
If you’re unsure, we always recommend starting with an Injury Assessment. This allows us to fully assess your symptoms, identify the root cause and guide you towards the most appropriate treatment plan. If you’re simply looking for recovery or maintenance, treatments such as sports massage or deep tissue massage can be booked directly. If you’re still unsure, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise.

Both sports and deep tissue massage work into the muscles to reduce tension and improve movement, but the approach differs slightly. Deep tissue massage focuses on relieving general muscle tightness and chronic tension, while sports massage is more targeted and performance-based — often focusing on specific areas related to training, injury or activity. At our clinic, we combine elements of both to suit your needs, ensuring each treatment is tailored to your body and goals.
